Use the date picker to select your desired rental dates and preferred delivery time. If there are conflicting times, we will get in touch to adjust accordingly. Please note we charge per calendar day.
2. Select your gear.
All our available rental and purchase items can be found under the Rental & Purchase Items tab. Feel free to contact us if you would like to mix Men's and Women's or youth sizes in a package. We'd be happy to set you up with a custom package to fit your needs.
3. Choose a delivery and return option.

- Pick up / Return at our North Pole Store *Free*. (Appointment required)
Great budget friendly option for those who are renting a vehicle. Our shop is approximately a 30- minute drive from the Fairbanks airport. When reserving your gear, it is important to select the time you will be arriving at the shop to ensure we have a team member available to assist you. Pick up appointment times available between 9am - 6pm. No appointment needed for returns. You're welcome to drop your gear off at the shop any time before 11pm on your return date.

- Hotel Drop Off $15.
Easy and time saving option if you are confident in your sizes and staying at a hotel. Your gear will be dropped off at the front desk of your hotel before the delivery time you selected. To receive your gear, you will need to request it from the front desk. Click here to see list of hotels we can provide this service for. If something doesn't fit, we will provide a replacement within 24 hours of your request. *Subject to availability*
- Hotel Return $15.
Easy and time saving option when staying at a hotel. Leave your gear with the front desk of your hotel at the end of your rental. Please have the gear returned to the front desk of your hotel by 11pm.
- Signature Service $75 (up to 5 people. Groups over 5 an additional fee applies)
The perfect option for those with fit concerns, Airbnb guests, and those who want the personalized service Alaska Element is known for. We will meet you at a prescheduled time at your Airbnb, or hotel. Delivery times are available between 9am - 6pm. We will bring your selected sizes and have extras *subject to availability* for you to try on for a proper fit. This service includes gear pick up in Fairbanks or North Pole at the end of rental period. Please contact us with your Airbnb address to confirm it is in our delivery area.
Gear will come packed in individual black duffle bags and tagged with the name gear was reserved under.
