We charge per calendar day.
- Use the date picker to select your rental dates and times.
- Select the time you want to retrieve your gear, and approximate time you'll return the gear.
- If there are scheduling conflicts, we’ll contact you to adjust.
2. Select Your Gear
Browse available items under the Rental & Purchase Items tab.
- Want to mix Men’s, Women’s, or Youth sizes? No problem—contact us and we’ll create a custom package that fits your needs.
3. Choose How You Would Like to Receive & Return Gear
Fees are charged per reservation, not per person.
You can mix and match to fit your schedule.
- Select your preferred delivery and return services by expanding *Additional Services* at the bottom of the shopping cart.
🚗 Pick Up / Return at Our Shop (located in North Pole) — Free
- Great budget-friendly choice if you have a vehicle.
- Appointment required for pick up. Appointments available between 10am–6pm. No appointment needed for returns—drop off any time before 11pm.
- Shop is in North Pole, about a 30-minute drive from Fairbanks airport.
- Gear fitting included—size swaps available if needed.
- After-hours pick up available upon request.
🏨 Hotel Drop Off — $15
- Convenient option if you’re staying in a hotel.
- Gear will be dropped off at the front desk and held in their luggage closet.
- Retrieve gear from the front desk anytime after the requested drop off time.
- If something doesn’t fit, we’ll deliver a replacement as soon as possible. Guaranteed within 24 hours of request (additional sizes subject to availability).

🏨 Hotel Return — $15
- At the end of your rental, leave the gear at the hotel front desk. We will come by and pick it up on our next rounds.
- Please have it returned by 11pm on your return date.
⭐ Signature Service Delivery — $85 (up to 4 people)
- Perfect for Airbnb guests, those with fit concerns, or anyone wanting personalized service.
- We’ll meet you at your Airbnb or hotel lobby at the prescheduled time. Appointments available between 10am - 5:30pm.
- One of our helpful team members will provide information on how to properly wear the gear. If any of the preselected sizes do not fit properly, we will have additional sizes on hand (additional sizes subject to availability).
- Please email or text us your Airbnb address in advance to confirm it is in our delivery area.
- Groups of 5+, an additional fee of $10 per person will be added to your reservation.
What to Expect
- Gear packages come packed in individual black Alaska Element duffle bags. Smaller items will be packed in canvas Alaska Element tote bags.
- Each bag is tagged with the name on the reservation.
