We understand that travel plans can change. Here's what to expect if you need to cancel or modify your Alaska Element reservation.
Cancellations & Refunds
- 3 or more calendar days before your rental start date: Full refund.
- 2 calendar days before your rental start date: 75% refund.
- Less than 2 calendar days before your rental start date: No refund, including same-day cancellations and no-shows.
Cancellation deadlines are based on calendar dates, not pickup appointment times.
Travel Disruptions
We understand that travel to Alaska doesn't always go according to plan. If you're unable to use your reservation due to circumstances outside your control, such as a canceled flight or significant travel disruption, Alaska Element may offer a full refund at its discretion.
Early Returns
Rental gear is reserved specifically for your selected dates and unavailable to other customers during that time. Early returns are not eligible for refunds or credits.
