Pick up your gear at our North Pole shop, approximately 30 minutes from the Fairbanks airport.

Best for: Clients with a vehicle who want an in-person fitting and immediate size adjustments.

Our shop is open by appointment only. After completing your rental reservation, you’ll receive a link by email to schedule your pickup appointment. The time you select is your actual pickup time.

Shop Pickup Includes an In-Person Fitting
A member of our team will help you try on your gear, make sure everything fits comfortably, show you how to properly wear it, and make any needed size adjustments before you leave.

Pickup Appointments: Available daily beginning at 10 AM. Appointment times vary by group size and availability.
Grab & Go after-hours pickup may be available upon request.

Returns: No appointment needed. Return anytime before 11 PM.

Shop address provided after reservation.

Your gear will be delivered to your hotel’s front desk or luggage room and will be available for pickup after 9 AM. No appointment needed.

Cost: $15 per order

Best for: Guests who want a convenient, low-cost delivery option without an in-person fitting.

Fitting: Not included. Please review our size charts carefully before reserving.

Need a different size?
We can deliver replacement sizes to your hotel. Size swaps are guaranteed within 24 hours and are often available within just a few hours.

Hotel Return: $15 per order
Leave your gear with the hotel by 11pm on your return date and we’ll pick it up.

We’ll meet you at your hotel lobby or Airbnb at a scheduled time to deliver and fit your gear.

Our personalized service is one of the things Alaska Element is known for and something many of our clients value most. We’ll show you how to properly wear your gear, check the fit, and bring additional sizes so everyone is comfortable, properly fitted, and ready for the Alaska cold before we leave.

Cost: $85 for up to 4 people
+$10 each additional person
Maximum: 10 people

Best for: Clients who want the convenience of delivery with hands-on fitting assistance.

Scheduling: After completing your reservation, contact us to schedule your delivery time. Appointment availability begins at 10 AM, with the latest appointment available at 5:30 PM. Airbnb clients should also confirm that their address is within our delivery area.

Returns: Return service is not included with Signature Service Delivery. Hotel clients may add Hotel Return for $15 per order. Airbnb clients should contact us for available return options.
